I am planning on moving to Columbus in 2 weeks and wanted to know good apartment complexes for a family, having a decent rental ( not too expensive). I am looking for a 1BHK. Any suggestions? Also please post the rent ( exact / tentative) if you are aware of it. Thanks!!

Right now apts are scarse in columbus due to huge hiring by cummins. U may need to movein in any available apt. Steihurst and quail run are very old and bad apts. Monarch crossing are remodelled apts. Riverstone are very new but expensive. Decent places are Monarch crossing, Stonegate, Brairwoods, Eastlake woods and Riverstone

I have recently moved into Quail Run but experience has been BAD. The Mgmt is rude and careless. I have complained 10 times for door issue but tey are still sleeping. It is better to stay away
