I am moving to Columbus and thinking of booking an apartment in either Steinhurst or Quail Run. I plan to reserve without taking a physical look as I cannot wait till I reach there because by then apartments might be gone.
Please share your experience if you have lived or are living in either of these.

Both are old and below avg apts. If u can't get anywhere else move in for lesser lease term. Steinhurst has 3 month lease term. Once u reach here then u can decide. Try Monarch crossing apts too. They have 3bedroom apts available with littele high cost but remodelled apts and new appliances.

Quail Run is a BAD choice!I am regretting as Mgmt is careless and rude

Donot move to both of these apts.The rents are very high and the management is very very very worse and rude.Rest of the apts are good when compared to these too.These are pretty old and especially the charges/rates are too expensvie for middle class.They offer different rates to each person and is not at all standard.Had a dammage for the storm last week too.

we are living in Steinhurst, since 18 months, and we are very happy. its good.

A friend of mine lives in Quail Run, but has had an unpleasant experience. He does not recommend moving in.
I have friends and clients in Steinhurst, and they seem to be satisfied.
Steinhurst is close to the park and school, but Quail Run is close to the graveyard.
