Hi, I am new to Columbus, IN. I am planning on taking a bicycle to get around in the area. Mostly in and around the downtown area. Is it safe and advisable? Please share your experiences and advise. Regards

I ride everyday in/near downtown area. Not any problem.

Hello, It is very safe to bike in Columbus, however, it requires you to wear a helmet. The safest way to bike is on the sidewalk. Yupa.
